Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Elijah Voichishin
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing care that is both clinically rigorous and deeply human. I bring years of experience as a registered nurse and nurse educator into a practice grounded in careful evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. I take the time to understand the full picture—your symptoms, history, and goals—before making decisions, and I approach treatment thoughtfully, conservatively, and collaboratively. My care is evidence-based, respectful, and unrushed, with a focus on helping adults move toward clarity, stability, and a life that feels more like their own.
